Asheville Artist Bethany Pierce’s Live Still Life Painting Demonstration Has Been Canceled
Upstairs Artspace regrets to announce that the Bethany Pierce Live Still Life Painting Demonstration and Q&A, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., has been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause and appreciate the community’s interest and support for this special program. We are grateful to Bethany Pierce for her willingness to share her artistic practice with our community and hope to have an opportunity to welcome her to Upstairs Artspace for a future program.
The demonstration was planned in conjunction with Upstairs Artspace’s exhibition, An Ancient Genre Revisited: Still Lifes by Chris Clamp, Andrew Leventis, and Christina Vogel, on view September 13 through October 16, 2026.
