When you support the Upstairs Artspace Annual Fund, you become a part of a community of art enthusiasts who are energized by, and dedicated to, showcasing the innovative, provocative, and creative works of emerging and established contemporary artists.

 

But we are so much more than a typical gallery! For over 45 years, we have offered inspiring programs, platformed interesting conversations, joined hands with other arts-focused community partners, and hosted numerous educational opportunities, for our vibrant community of art-loving friends. And we plan to do more!

 

As a non-profit gallery, we are only able to accomplish all of this with the support of the people and businesses that value our well-earned reputation in the contemporary art scene of Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina and contribute both financially and creatively to our unique mission.
